01Quality Content Standards
All press releases must meet the following criteria to be accepted for distribution.
Use established press release formatting with clear headlines
Content must be newsworthy — product launches, partnerships, funding, milestones, events
Maintain objective tone — avoid first-person and subjective language
Include company background, quotes from leadership, and contact information
All claims and statistics must be factual and verifiable
Maximum 2,500 words (varies by package)
Up to 5 embedded images and 1 embedded video per release
Submit in English — our editors will handle SEO optimization
02Excluded Content
The following categories of content are not accepted for distribution through KD Wire.
Malicious software or content designed to harm users
Payday loans and predatory financial products
False, misleading, or unverifiable claims
Weight loss products and miracle health cures
Advertisements disguised as press releases
Sexually explicit or adult content
Excessive link spam or purely SEO-driven content
Online gambling (unless licensed and regulated)
Illegal substances or products
Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
Counterfeit goods or trademark infringement

Content promoting violence or self-harm
Unregistered securities offerings without proper disclosures
Privacy-violating content or doxxing
Phishing or social engineering schemes
Content that violates intellectual property rights
Multi-level marketing (MLM) promotions
Deepfake or AI-generated misleading media
Content that violates international sanctions
03Legal News Guidelines
Press releases containing legal content are subject to additional scrutiny.
Press releases discussing legal proceedings must be factual and not speculative
Regulatory filings and compliance disclosures must reference official sources
Settlement announcements require confirmation from all parties involved
Legal opinions must be attributed to named, qualified legal professionals
Court ruling summaries must accurately reflect the official judgment
